Design as Storytelling

In advertising, stories are everything, and this collage is mine. "This is Me" is a bold introduction to my creative DNA, a visual identity piece that fuses personal symbols with strategic storytelling. Every object, color, and typeface was intentionally chosen to reflect not just who I am but how I think as a designer and storyteller. It is playful, purposeful, and rooted in the belief that the most compelling brands, like the most compelling people, are built with heart, clarity, and vision.

This piece reimagines travel documentation as a narrative-driven visual experience. Inspired by the timeless charm of the Amalfi Coast, I designed this digital scrapbook to feel like a living journal where design choices become storytelling devices. Each layout element, from hand-drawn maps to layered textures and type, mirrors how great advertising builds connection by blending emotion, authenticity, and aesthetic. This project challenged me to treat memory like a brand, crafting a story that resonates, lingers, and invites the viewer in.
Photo Restoration – Photoshop Project

This project involved digitally restoring and colorizing an old family photo of my father and great-grandfather. Using Adobe Photoshop, I removed damage, corrected blemishes, and added realistic color tones to bring the image back to life. I focused on enhancing the background details—like the ocean and hills—while preserving the authenticity of the subjects. This piece was created as part of a graphic design course, and it taught me how to work with retouching tools, color balancing, and layering techniques to transform archival images into vibrant memories.
Poster & Cover Design Projects – Illustrator & Photoshop

These three pieces were created as part of a graphic design course focused on layout, branding, and image manipulation. For the Twenty One Pilots poster, I used Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create a tour announcement visual inspired by their Clancy World Tour. I combined bold typography with photo editing to spotlight the band’s distinct style. The second piece, titled Dedication, is a tribute poster to Cristiano Ronaldo, designed to reflect the discipline and drive he represents. Using shadows, silhouettes, and deep colors, I created a bold, energetic layout in Illustrator. Lastly, I designed a fictional music magazine cover called Rock N’ Indie, featuring Alex Turner. I worked with layering techniques, font placement, and visual hierarchy to give it an authentic, editorial feel. These projects helped me explore visual storytelling, improve my software skills, and gain confidence in creative direction.
Grogu Cat – Photoshop Composition
For this creative Photoshop project, I was asked to combine two distinct images into one cohesive design. I chose to blend a photo of my cat with Grogu (Baby Yoda) from The Mandalorian, giving my cat a unique look with four ears—two of them being Grogu’s iconic green ears. I paid close attention to lighting and angle to ensure the added ears matched the natural sunlight coming through the window in the original photo. While playful in concept, this project helped me practice realistic blending, photo manipulation, and matching lighting conditions to maintain visual consistency across composite elements.
